Thanks bro! Brilliant pic, this shows just what I thought. I will take some pictures of some more similar sized ones of mine (L190 and L027 Xingu). Any more Araguaia teeth pics (and the fish itself) would be very appreciated.

Hi Bros,
I am lost following this thread..so the `araguaia` at JXZ right now are of Panaque cf. armbrusteri `araguaia`? The difference between Panaque cf. armbrusteri `araguaia` and Panaque cf. nigrolineatus `araguaia` are the shape of the teeth (/\ vs / \) and color? One is more brightly golden than the other? |

They are the same, what Matubula was trying to say is that they may/should be reclassified under nigrolineatus and not armbrusteri scientifically.

Like to ask the experts here what is the recommended diet for panaque? The main diet for my panaque is mainly vegetable like potatoes, zucchini and Japanese cucumber for 5-6days a week. Tried alger wafer but they don't seems very keen. Is this diet suitable.
And not to miss the DW in the tank. |
