Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, good location. Breakfast was a little basic and I would have preferred to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room rather than in reception.

Well situated to get around, bus stops outside the hotel and the train station across the road. Rooms are clean and serviceable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty .

When we first arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The young lady on the desk was always smiling and happy and it was wonderful to be greeted in this way. Later one Woods evening I came down to ask for hot milk which was just round the corner and would help me to sleep, but the gentleman on the desk said it’s just hot water and Teas allowed , I feel it wouldn’t hurt to allow me to have hot milk from the machine. That was my one complaint. I feel the drinks machine should be made available as well as the kettle as there are no drinks in the room if we want a coffee hot milk, especially if you have children who might need that. The hot water Didn’t work for four occasions in the morning then the young lady at the desk said it would work the following morning and it didn’t however the following morning it did work. This was very irritating as we had to have a cold shower. Overall, it was a good experience and staff were always very helpful very courteous.
