OPEN ENTRANCES The Courtyard South entrance (1) in Roanoke Ally off 10st and Capital Ave. The elevator is on the right after Butter Shop. Then the other two entrances are (2) which is off 11th Street entrance under The Stutz Sign and (3) is off Capital Ave after Grounded Plant & Floral shop. The elevator is at the other end of the hall on the left after Industrious and the freight elevator. Then go up to level 4 and Change It Up is the first studio on the left B-450 after the restrooms and the stairs. PLEASE only use the B elevator or the B stairway to the 4th floor due to construction. GROUND FLOOR // NEW TENANT

VisionLoft Events, a creative meeting and wedding venue known for their modern design meets character, will occupy 7,000 square feet, in addition to managing indoor and outdoor events (up to 425 guests) in the building’s Car Museum and landscaped alleyway nearby. IG: @visionloftindy

Amelia’s Bread, famous for their European-style pastries and scratch sourdough, will open a third craft bakery location in the building, tucked away in a 2,000-square-foot space adjacent to a landscaped outdoor alleyway. Amelia’s Bread at The Stutzwill be open seven days a week. IG: @ameliasbread

Barista Parlor, a Nashville-based coffee company and roaster, has chosen Indianapolis for their first expansion outside of Tennessee. At 2,700 square feet, the new coffee and specialty food shop will have access to the outdoor alleyway, open seven days a week. IG: @baristaparlor

Industrious The Stutz will offer companies and professionals 350 total seats of  co-working space, including a range of thoughtfully designed private offices and shared workspaces, multiple conference rooms and lounge areas, and access to an outdoor courtyard. IG: @industrioushq

Taqueria de Julieta is an authentic Mexican street taco concept by acclaimed chefs Gabriel Sanudo and Esteban Rosas, serving traditional street tacos on tortillas made in-house. The space will also feature a service window into an adjacent taproom. @julieta_tacoshop

The Taproom (name TBD; Sahm’s Hospitality Group is the operator) adjacent to the landscaped alleyway, will offer a new-aged dive bar experience, centered around good after-work beers and cocktails. 

The Stutz Car Museum will include 10,000 square feet of gallery space dedicated to vintage cars, including a 1914 StutzBearcat, among other vehicles. The new museum will have free public hours and will be available for private events through VisionLoft Events.

Café Patachou will open its newest Indianapolis location at The Stutz, serving delicious breakfast and lunch options, made with organic, locally sourced ingredients. At 3,000 square feet, the new café will offer outdoor seating options and will be open most days of the week. IG: @cafepatachou

Grounded Plant & Floral Co. is a destination indoor plant and gift shop with a strong local following, currently located just east of downtown Indianapolis. Owners Eric and Amanda Griffith will soon expand their indoor jungle into 2,300 square feet in Building E, open seven days a week. IG: @groundedplantfloralco

Neighboring Myriad CrossFit, Myriad Bootcamp, and Myriad Weightlifting will relocate into 11,000 square feet of Stutzwarehouse space on the corner of 11th and Senate, with Myriad Yoga moving into an adjacent 2,500-square-foot studio space near the building’s new north entrance. PATTERN, a hybrid non-profit creative media company, will take 2,800 square feet on the ground floor for its new agency headquarters, in addition to serving as the building’s creative programming and public arts director. IG: @patternmagazine

Startup317, a non-profit supported by the City of Indianapolis, will manage a new retail incubator concept at The Stutz, aimed at intentionally connecting commercial spaces with emerging local designers, entrepreneurs, brands, and startups. IG: @startup317
