Urho Kaleva Kekkonen, one of the most known president of Finland died in the age of 85.

Kekkonen was born on september 3, 1900 in Pielavesi, a small city in eastern Finland. His father Juho Kekkonen was farm worker and his mother was Emilia Pylvänäinen. In his early years Kekkonen was prideful and eager to write to the local news papers. He studied properly and got influence in politics even of his young age. He was an athlete and even won some medals in 1920s. Also he  was part in many politic organizations. Some say that he is the father of our nation.

Kekkonen was the president of finland over 25 years, longer than any other president in finland. In his period of rule he managed to keep good connection between soviet union and Finland. It was hard times because of the tension of The Cold War. He made himself to be the only man who can solve problems between those two countries. That made him essential man in Finland.

Kekkonen was a great man with very powerful personality and his way to lead this county was reckless. Only one who could make him to change mind was his wife Sylvi Kekkonen. He married Sylvi Uino(kekkonen) in 1926 and they got two sons in 1928, Taneli and Matti. Our nation will always remember Urho Kaleva Kekkonen as the president of Finland.
