They slammed the actress for using botox and going through plastic surgery, which made her look young. The internet community was so brutal with the comments, as if they didn't know botox existed or that she was the only one to use it for deaging. Every actor does a lot of things to look perfect, and there is nothing new in it. Also, it's her choice to use it or not; the trolls don't have any right to downgrade a person like that!

Well, this is not the first time Aishwarya has been trolled about her appearance in foreign countries. In 2022, she was brutally trolled for her look at the Cannes Film Festival.
