My personal experience of Boat N RV was one of the worst customer experiences of my life, I could not recommend this company to anyone. The slick, inept and unprofessional sales people are one thing, but the customer service and the follow up are completely nonexistent. I bought a very expensive RV and when we got to our orientation as we sat and talked through all the features, I was looking around and happened to look up to the ceiling and that's when I noticed a great big hole in the roof. A hole that a few weeks early Jamie (Office Manager of the year's son) punched whilst showing off how sturdy the roofs are - well not quite that sturdy as he left a great bloody hole in the RV.
So as we sat our orientation (My Birthday) they were showing us the RV and promised to deliver it the same day but...when I looked up I noticed a hole - a big hole. So I offered to let them fix/patch the hole in a brand new $30,000 RV and said if you throw in a 30 inch tv and stand we will be fine with that - considering a new roof would be over $2000 to fix I really thought I was being more than reasonable. Well let's cut a long story short - I offered a $250 fix and 3 weeks later heard nothing, no tv, no stand, no phone call. When I called Jamie he blamed the office assistant and said he would get one mailed out ASAP. A week later - nothing - so I called back (this is now 4 weeks later) and Jamie said Walmart was out of stock, what? Of 30 inch tv's? No they weren't - they just hadn't done anything. So I said okay I want a new ceiling!! And so the story goes - I never head anything back on that either. So I recanted that offer and demanded the unit be collected and the ceiling be replaced - and of course no unit collected, having chased for 3 weeks- they finally collected the unit - 2 weeks later I called to get an update and Jamie seemed totally obliviously to the situation. At that point I demanded a new unit. Well again nothing was ever done, no communication - no feedback. At this point I got a corporate person's name and was told he would be in the office so I called to try and speak to him but of course Jamie intercepted the call and I was told 'he was with family and would call me straight back' - after 30 mins I called again and was told 'he's left for the day" - shady treatment !!!!!! I Never did get to speak to anyone from Corporate despite leaving over 7 phone messages ...
So having spoken to Jamie I found out he hadn't ordered a new unit, he hadn't ordered a new ceiling, he had not got a new tv or stand - wow !! So, effectively HE HAD DONE NOTHING - EXCEPT MAKE EXCUSES.
My ordeal lasted 6 months and I finally got my money back - I looked at units in July and bought the unit back in August - had it sat at my house for nearly 2 months - then the dealership had it for nearly 2 months and zero was done, every chance the dealership had to make this right - they just could not be bothered. I of course had been paying on a RV I never used and never had for most of the time. Finally having threatened to take this to corporate and to court they took back the camper and I got my money back nearly 6 months later.... this took over 30 phone calls, texts, 3 official letters and hours and hours of frustration. Jamie seemingly is the ONLY manager at Boat and RV and every efforts to speak to anyone else got ignored! At one point I had 8 contact names and called every single one and no one ever called back despite this being 100% their fault. Good products but bad service.
I would never personally buy from Boat and RV again. I read the reviews and because I knew someone that worked there I thought I might have a better experience but that was definitely not the case.

Been there a few times over the years. Never could agree on a reasonable price. Other customers that I've talked to in the area claim that their service after the sale was horrible.

we went in with every intention of buying a boat, after we put a deposit down. we were told by finance manager it wasn't his fault if we did understand the financing. But last I checked, if you trade something on the new item, should you be rolling in the full amount owed, especially if your supposedly giving me money for it.

If I could give less than one star for this location I would. I actually bought my 5th wheel from the PA location. I am very sorry that we decided to pick it up from here. The NY location is an hour closer to us. We went to pick it up and do the walk thru. I video tapped the whole walk thru, we were reassured that everything we addressed during that time would be cleaned up (detailed) and fixed. The things that were broken were to be sent to us within the week. So we waited, they told us we were all set, we hooked it up and headed home. Almost 4 hours later we arrive home and walk in to the 5th wheel. The 50in. TV wasn't even tied down, the remotes for the TV were all over the floor, glass vase left on the counter broken on the floor, and the shower door was also not properly latched. There was not one thing cleaned at all in that whole camper, I couldn't believe it. I called the very next day with my concerns. Eric Laundani is the so called "General Manager". Things seemed great in the beginning, I truly thought all of my concerns where going to be addressed from our emails and conversations. He told me he was sending me a check to have it detailed here, the chairs that were broke would be sent, a new tv because of the chip in it, new cabinet because of the crack, rv tape, a hose, the vacuum, new cabinet handles because of the scratches, most of our missing info books on the camper, and more.....Nothing was done for weeks, I had to keep calling and calling, Eric literally STOPPED taking my phone calls, wouldn't answer at all, not one returned phone call, he had Chris the other joke of a "manager" take my call. Still nothing was done. After that I sent numerous emails and those were not replied to either. I eventually had to reach out to PA. I have been speaking with their manager there and finally getting things done. I just reached out to the owner today at his office, spoke with their manager. I'm hoping he will be able to suspend or fire these guys. You just can't treat customers like that and get away with it. I have heard soooo many complaints from these guys. I'm just wondering why nothing has been done to rectify peoples concerns. This is your business, and that is your name. These guys have zero respect for that place. I spoke with the other manager from the NY location (Chris) today who had nothing to do with any of this and he accused me of yelling at him. Really lol. I really hope that you both find a job that has nothing to do with people, you both clearly have no idea what customer service is!

Go anywhere but here! They ripped us off big time. Sold us an RV without telling us it was at one time submerged in water which did a lot of damage to the engine etc.. When we brought it for repairs some where else they told us we were ripped off. Eric, the manager is not a nice man.

My dissatisfaction with this business has nothing to do with our current Covid crisis. It was easy to make an appointment to come in. It was easy to obtain a loan and buy an RV. What happened after signing the dotted line is what has left my husband and me wishing we had never set foot on their property. Our distaste began on pick-up day but it only worsened the more we've had to deal with them. They were unprepared for pick-up despite having an appointment; our paperwork hadn't been printed, they asked questions that had already been asked and answered via email, and the person we had an appointment with wasn't even there. The day after we brought the RV home, we found multiple tears in the undercarriage (by chance as we hadn't thought to check that during our walk-through) and noticed multiple cracked rear light covers (which they did end up replacing at no cost). A week later on our very first camping trip, the refrigerator didn't work on auto (using electricity). We burned though a "full" tank of propane keeping it running for 3 days...we later learned that a full tank of propane for our RV actually lasts more than two camping trips that last 3-5 days, one of which we also used our heating system (which runs on propane). So when they claim to include a filled propane tank or tanks with purchase, beware as they do not actually make sure they are filled. Upon trying to make an appointment for the refrigerator and undercarriage issues, we learned that despite being open on weekends we could not actually bring our RV in on these days. Instead, we had to take time off from work to do so. Apparently they use weekends to "catch up" and don't do intake of new service appointments on those days (not an assumption - this is what they told my husband). Then they had the audacity to charge us $25 for a fuse for the refrigerator (it's the principal of the matter - it never worked for us, it's $25, just eat the damn cost to keep the customer happy) and lied about other charges they were expecting us to pay despite our RV being under warranty and the refrigeration not working from day one. I actually have more to say but this is too long. Customer service is horrible. The way they do business is horrible. Do not go to this business. Trust my review because I have never ever written one before, this is my first and I'm sure my last because I have yet to be as unsatisfied and frustrated and annoyed with how a business operates as I am with this place. If you do decide to deal with this business, document all interactions you have with them and ask them to do the same. Be cautious of what they tell you and have patience with what transpires because if you read my review and still decide to do business with them, then everything negative that happens from that moment forward is your own fault.

We went to buy a camper. The sawed off little dick of a salesman was rude and belittling. Told us he didn't have what we were looking for. When we asked for a brochure he told us do calm down. What a little dick of a man. We went down the road to dedricks and bought a camper. Deidricks knew his products, was informative, and sold us a camper. Sometimes good sales people where sweatshirts not ties.Go to Diedricks in Coxsacki not Boat n Rv warehouse.

Not impressed with the system of following potential buyers around at all times. Buyers are not permitted to roam without a salesperson in attendance. We came as serious buyers, but we like to take our time without the hassle of chit chat, questions and pressure from sales people. We left within minutes of being told that we could not freely look at campers that interested us. They have two close competitors, just south and just north. Both dealerships allow buyers to shop at will, with no hassles or following with a clipboard. Most units are open to inspection, particularly the competitor to the north. When we do make our final decision, it will not include a purchase from Boat and RV Warehouse.

I typically do not go out of my way to write reviews but I decided this time is an exception. I wont lie I was slightly concerned when reading the reviews from the past but I personally would recommend you go and check things out for yourself. I am pretty careful and selective when making a sizeable purchase and because of this I was shocked when I stopped in to check things out and found exactly what I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient. No one tried to push me onto anything that I didn't want but rather informed me of an array of options based on my specified criteria. After discussing some choices over with my husband we found a great boat that is perfect for taking our friends out on. I made my purchase back in June and I have had a fantastic summer with it. This past weekend we were out on the lake with some friends and talk go figure their boat was purchased from Boat & RV as well. They have had theirs now for 3 years and love it!

Great service, great selection, and fair prices. Thanks Boat & RV Warehouse! We will continue to refer you to our friends :-)

I wish I had never bought a boat from this dealer! First off, the boat was supposed to be delivered at 4pm. At 4:30, I called and was told the boat was on it's way (the dealership is 10 minutes from my home). It wasn't delivered until after 5.
Rainwater pooled in the left rear corner so I contacted the dealership and was asked by Ms Beers in their "service" department to send pictures, which I did on June 10. On June 13, I sent her a picture of a new problem with the bimini top making it impossible to open and use it. I finally received a response from Ms Beers in June 17 asking if I am using the cover strap and are still having the problem. No mention of the bimini problem. I responded the same day and also mentioned the bimini problem again. On June 28, I thought I had eliminated the pooling problem and contacted her to let her know. I also reminded her about the bimini problem and asked 3 questions regarding operation of the boat that I wanted either her or the tech who prepped the boat to answer. I contacted her again on July 1 after the cover pooled once again. After an overnight rain on July 6, I sent new pictures on July 7 and again reminded her about the bimini top issue and my operation questions. Following another overnight rain on July 7, I sent new pictures on July 8 as my frustration continued to mount, not hearing from Ms Beers since June 17. After getting totally frustrated over the complete lack of customer service, on July 17 I contacted Mark, my salesman, feeling confident that he would intercede on my behalf, either out of appreciation for the sale or customer loyalty. Aug 5 and still no contact. Ironically, neighbors warned me not to buy a boat there because once the boat is delivered, they don't want to know you. I sure wish I had heeded their advice! At the present time, my wife and I are mulling over whether to continue pursuing our rightful warranty repair or having it done elsewhere and taking them to small claims court for the repair cost.
