Nora Fatehi, the talented actor-dancer who shot to fame with the iconic song ‘Dilbar’ in 2018, has spilled the beans on the less glamorous side of the entertainment industry. As a newcomer, Nora revealed that she chose to ignore advice about dating specific actors for publicity.
In a candid chat with Zoom Entertainment, Nora spoke about the pressure she faced to date certain people for PR purposes. However, she stood strong and didn't pay heed to any of it. She proudly asserted that her success is solely a result of her own hard work and talent, not dependent on any guy or hero she might be associated with. She firmly believes in making her own rules and working on her own terms.
The bold dancer also shared other instances where she didn't listen to naysayers and followed her heart. Some advised her not to do songs or reality shows, but Nora didn't let that stop her. She also expressed her desire to explore international markets, which some discouraged, but she went ahead anyway and successfully expanded her horizons both locally and internationally.
Nora has been making impressive strides in her career, and her talent recently caught the spotlight at the FIFA World Cup 2022 closing ceremony, where she joined other artists to perform their song ‘Light The Sky’.
On the work front, Nora is gearing up to appear on the dance reality show Hip Hop India alongside Remo D’Souza, which will be available on Amazon miniTV. Additionally, she is all set to make her debut in the Telugu film industry with the movie Matka, directed by Karuna Kumar and starring opposite Varun Tej.
