Celebrating his 60th birthday on Dec. 18, 2023, it seems as if the actor still looks like he did at 30, with his movie-star smile, rugged features and enviable hair. In a 2019 interview with GQ, he spoke about getting older, and how it has changed the way he approaches both life and work.
