The meaning of Kabayer is all the prohibitions of Allah and Rosululloh which are listed in the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah, as well as the atsar of the Sholih Salafus.

Allah guarantees that anyone who stays away from big sins and things that are forbidden will be forgiven for the small sins he has committed.

Allah says which means: If you stay away from major sins among the sins that you are prohibited from doing, We will erase your mistakes (your small sins) and We will enter you into a glorious place (heaven). (An-Nisa': 31).

Based on the verse above, Allah guarantees paradise for those who stay away from major sins.
