Charley Webb looks unrecognisable as she posed up behind-the-scenes on her latest project. The ITV Emmerdale star shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of her dramatic transformation on social media after she joined the cast of the stage play Quiz, based on the infamous Who Wants to be a Millionaire? cheating scandal.

Charley will be playing Diana Ingram, wife of Charles Ingram who was accused of cheating on the quiz show. " BTS’s for all thing’s Quiz," Charley said. In response, Instagram user Joe said: "#casual." And Charlie Condou giggled in response, saying: "Are you wearing slippers with that blue dress?"

Nilam Holmes said: "You are gorg." John said: "You are as smoking as that smoke machine babes!" Ian said: "Great snapshot Charley." Craig said: "Beautiful." Colette said: "Ridiculous." Sheila asked: "Are you coming to Edinburgh?" Brain said: "Plain out gorgeous," and another said: "You dropped your crown."

Northern Lights, Waterloo Road and most recently Shakespeare and Hathaway: Private Investigators star Mark Benton will take up the gavel as Judge Rivlin along with other roles. Rory Bremner is set to play presenter Chris Tarrant.

Quiz explores the real-life story of Charles Ingram, aka the Coughing Major, who conned the world’s most popular TV quiz show, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire out of £1,000,000. Nominated for two Olivier Awards including Best New Comedy, James Graham’s hit play transferred to London’s West End with sensational reviews in 2018, following a sold-out run at Chichester Festival Theatre.

It was also turned into a three-part ITV series back in 2020 and starred BBC Good Omens star Michael Sheen, as well as Succession actor Matthew Macfadyen and also Sian Clifford, who played Diana. Quiz now returns to Chichester Festival Theatre before embarking on a 9-week UK tour from 22 September 2023 to 2 December 2023.
