BorgWarner announces 60 job openings

Arden BorgWarner plant officials have announced they are hiring 60 new people for third-shift positions.

The announcement by the Michigan-based powertrain company said the immediately available jobs include assemblers, material handlers and machine operators.

The positions pay $12 an hour.

Qualifications include: a high school diploma or GED, stable work history and the ability to work overtime. Experience working in a production environment is preferred.

“We're excited to announce that BorgWarner is providing a new line of Turbochargers for General Motors for the 2016 production launch year,” said Leandro Pena, BorgWarner Human Resource Director, in a prepared statement.
