Meanwhile Hayes looked adorable in a plaid button-up, blue jeans and white sneakers.

Jessica and Cash — who have been married since 2008 — also share older daughter Honor, 15, who was not pictured on the outing.

On Tuesday, Jessica announced she is stepping down from her position as Chief Creative Officer of The Honest Company.

She also shared another throwback photo of herself speaking at a podium at Nasdaq Market site in New York City on May 5, 2021.

She was ringing in the opening bell as The Honest Company took their private company public, also known as initial public offering (IPO).

The entrepreneur also included a recent snap from this year as she sat back-to-back with CEO Carla Vernón on a bench with the Honest logo on the wall behind them.

Her post also featured a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt written on a plain background. 'Never allow a person to tell you no who doesn't have the power to say yes.'

Alba shared another quote from the late former first lady of the United States: 'The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.'

In a lengthy caption, she said it was not 'easy' to make the choice but did not explain why she choose to step down.

Instead, she called The Honest Company her 'true labor of love' and thanked her team for 'allowing me to be the best version of myself' before adding that she is leaving her company in the hands of her CEO and leadership team.

'It is with a grateful heart that twelve years after founding The Honest Company, I am stepping down from my leadership role as Chief Creative Officer,' she stated. 'However, I will continue to provide strategic advice through my role on the board.

'While there would never have been an easy time to make this decision, I know we have a leadership team in place with Carla Vernón at the helm to advance our founding vision and strengthen Honest’s legacy as an industry change-maker,' she continued.

'Building Honest has been a true labor of love. From the first concept book I pitched to my friends in Mommy and Me class, to ringing the bell at Nasdaq with my family by my side — this journey has been the ride of a lifetime, one that only existed in my wildest dreams,' she added.

'To the entire Honest team, past and present, your unwavering commitment to our mission is the fuel that keeps us going.

'Everyone always says you're only as good as the people you surround yourself with — thank you for allowing me to be the best version of myself.'

Alba then thanked her supporters, who she said were 'the reason we exist,' and asked them to 'never stop sharing' their stories, testimonials and 'everything in-between.'

'And of course to our Honest families, I’m forever grateful,' she said.

'Reading your stories and testimonials, seeing pictures of your baby showers, monthly milestones, AM/PM routines, and everything in-between — please never stop sharing these moments with us. You are the reason we exist.
