Now love cheat Ewan McGregor's daughter splits from her boyfriend: Model Clara, 21, breaks up with part-time DJ after two years

Ewan McGregor’s daughter Clara has been comforting his wife, Eve Mavrakis, after the Star Wars actor left her for a besotted actress 14 years his junior.

Now, however, it’s Clara who needs some TLC.

For I can reveal that the 21-year-old model has split up with her long-term boyfriend, Gordon Goodman, 23.

‘It just was no longer working and we weren’t on the same page,’ Clara tells me. ‘It was the right choice.’

She had met the part-time disc jockey in 2015 at New York University, where they are both studying film.

The pair soon became lovers and travelled together to exotic destinations including Bali in Indonesia.

They would often share romantic photos together on social media, including this one where they are posing by a hot tub in Miami.

Gordon, who hails from Scotland like Trainspotting star Ewan, had been warmly welcomed into the McGregor clan. Last October, Ewan invited him to join Clara and his wife at the New York premiere of his film American Pastoral.

‘It’s so sad that they’ve broken up because they were really sweet together,’ one of Clara’s friends tells me. ‘And with everything that’s going on with her parents, it’s not exactly been the best year.’

Two weeks ago, Ewan, 46, was spotted passionately kissing actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead at a restaurant in St John’s Wood, North London. She plays his lover in the American television series Fargo and is said to have been besotted with him as a teenager.

A source later confirmed that Ewan had separated from French production designer Eve, 51, after 22 years of marriage. The couple have three other daughters: Jamyan, 16, Esther, 15, and six-year-old Anouk.

Clara publicly supported her mother by sharing a photo of her on social media, with Ewan cropped out of the right-hand side of the shot.

‘How frickin gorgeous is my mama?’ Clara said. ‘Strongest, smartest, most loving woman I know. My rock.’

Heiress chic: Junk food and £720 loafers

What do you wear to pop into Subway for a sarnie? If you’re the daughter of billionaire roly-poly retailer Sir Philip Green, the answer is a pair of fur-lined £720 Gucci loafers.

That’s what glum-faced Chloe Green, 26, sported in a branch of the fast-food chain in Los Angeles, where she was accompanied by her model boyfriend, Jeremy Meeks, 33, the ‘hot felon’ who was jailed for gun possession.

To think, for that money she could have bought 240 meatball marinara 6in subs.

As a clotheshorse, Kate Moss earns millions each year, but her move into interior design is not yet proving so successful. Her company, Kate Moss Interiors, made a loss of £4,300 in its first year. Her only publicly reported contract was to kit out Cotswolds retreat The Barnhouse. Naturally, it then featured in Vogue.

Pippa Middleton’s parents have always intrigued pals with the fortune they managed to make from party paraphernalia, but there’s no doubt how her husband, James Matthews, earns his cash.

The brother of reality TV star Spencer Matthews doubled profits at his hedge fund, Eden Rock, last year. According to new accounts at Companies House, the Mayfair firm made a £2.9 million profit, up from £1.5 million in 2015. Matthews, 42, was rewarded with a three-fold pay rise, to £682,000. That should keep Pippa in skinny jeans.
