the fish arrived safe and alive. they and the box were extremely well done. the fish are beautiful and eating. the only complaint is lack of communication. there was a delay in the shipping but i did not get a heads up. i had to contact them to get details. when the fish wee shipped it was a quick delivery. they have beautiful and healthy looking fish. i would love to buy from them again but i hesitate. i have to be home when the fish come. without knowing when they're coming i have to stay home
