I reached out to the seller when my plants arrived melted and very skimpy. I am pretty upset that I paid $6.99 for each plant strand, not even a real plant. Pictures posted to advertise these plants are very very misleading and NOT what you recieve. I paid about $15 for three small melted plants. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I was totally scammed by this seller.

Top Notch Customer Service! When I first ordered my azolla from MFT the plants arrived completely dead through no fault of the MFT team - the shipment got caught in a winter storm shipping snafu here in Tennessee. I reached out to MFT and asked if they would be willing to send a replacement, and they did so at no additional cost very expediently. The plants look great and are already growing steadily. Very happy with the product and appreciative of their understanding.
