When I received them 2 of them were locked to carriers, 1 phone couldnt be logged into icloud as it was locked to icloud, 1 phone had issues with display as seen i picture. Contacted the seller and did not help with the issue. Not happy with the products and even the seller.

return and refund, but the buyer said he sold the phone and cannot return it. If there are any issues with the organic product, you should contact me as soon as possible instead of selling it. Why can you still sell a problematic phone.

    things are not what they seem.

    I bought one of the T39m's sold from Hong Kong around 2007-01-01. I've never owned a so-called real T39m, but I don't see obvious problems with fabrication quality, and it does find the network and have decent reception. There are stories on the web about poor reliability of T28 and T39m when they were originally sold, and also it sounds like Ericsson's repair shop in the old days was thoroughly incompetent, frustrating lots of people. And if it's true these are ``fake'' chinese phones, clearly they have access to Ericsson's software and production lines, so much of what once made these phones so amazing is still there. but...I doubt the story. My phone came with R2G firmware (press >*<<*<*), and the latest is R4A or R4B. ...

    Ericsson T39m

    This is an excellent tri-band world phone packed with lots of features, years ahead of their competition when it was first released. It has lots of talk time and standby time using the factory slim battery, fits discretely into any pocket, and the added Bluetooth functionality over the older T28 series makes this an excellent and handy standby phone that I still use today when I don't need to carry around my Sony-Ericsson P910i handset. For the price, the features, and still being able to use all my accessories from my old T28Z, P800, P900, P910i, and R380, you can't go wrong. Just unlock this baby and keep it handy, you just might like this one over many around today. MP3 playback is not possible on this unit, but man does it ever get a lot of interesting looks when I use it.

    ok.......

    ok, be honest, this phone is a dissapointing. its a refurnished phone, however, the phone its self still has the previous owner's contact numbers. and, there is networking problem with this phone. after i get a replacement from the buyer(takes 2 weeks to get thing done:( ), the new one seems fine. however its not! the paint of the phone start to fade,,and theres problem with the mic...others hardly can hear my voice. i spend like 70 dollars for this one but what do i get? btw, the battery comes with it is not OEM and it sux...i need to recharge it EVERYDAY. and the phone manual is rediculus. the cover is t39m while the inside content is a t10! what can i say?

    Remake product shatters reliability

    I have been using an Ericsson T39m phone, which was imported from Sweden for four years without any problem. I like its many features and the strong battery. It is still perfectly functioning. I have recently bought a new one for a family member through eBay, but it did not work properly. I thought I took a defective product by chance, so I bought another one. The second one presented the same problem, that is the phone does not find the network. It is irreparable. I have heard that Sony-Ericsson does not fabricate the T39m any more. Allegedly they have sold the production rights. Perhaps that is the reason why you can find the product mostly at Chinese sellers.
