• Items are sent to your Etsy confirmed address. Please make sure the shipping address is correct. There will be no reshipment of the orders if it's shipped to the address on Etsy and it is incorrect. If you want us to send your order to a different address, be sure to send a message beforehand or immediately after placing the order.

• Unclaimed or returned packages will not be resent. Refund will be made only if a package is returned and received in original condition minus postage fees. If resend is requested, additional postage must be paid for the additional postage fees.

• We are not responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit or delayed due bad weather or holidays as it is completely out of our control.

• Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

• Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

• If you have any questions, comments, or issues, please contact me first to discuss prior to leaving a neutral or negative feedback or paypal dispute. I enjoy communicating with my customers and I am happy to respond to your messages within 1-2 business days. Also, if there is something in the shop that you are looking for and can't find, feel free to contact me. It is always possible that I have it in stock but it has not been featured on Etsy yet.

• We ship all orders to Europe as PRIORITY letters or parcels. Once shipped it usually arrives within 3-15 business days.

• Tracking is included with all orders

• We offer shipping upgrades such as FedEx. With courier service you can receive your order in 1-3 business days after shipped.

• We currently ship orders outside Europe with Postal Service or FedEx, and the price includes tracking and delivery. FedEx Upgrades are available on request.

• Courier services, such as FedEx and DHL require phone number for delivery purposes. If we do not receive your phone number upon request, we reserve the right to ship your order with tracked postal service instead. Refund will be made for shipping price difference.

• Estimated delivery times depends on your location. With postal service, it usually takes 1-3 weeks.

• We offer flat rate shipping on all of our items. This means, that shipping fee is determined by the largest / heaviest item in your shopping cart.

• Larger items, that do not fit into standard envelope to be shipped as Priority letter, will be shipped as a tracked parcel. Height limit for normal priority letter is 3cm, and therefore all items that we ship that are near or over 3cm will have higher shipping price.

• Tracking is included in all shipments

• Standard shipping option to USA/CANADA is Tracked Postal Service. Estimated delivery time is usually between 10-20 business days.

• FedEx Upgrades are available, and you can receive your order in 2-4 business days.

• Orders over US$100 / CAD$135 will receive FREE FedEx upgrade
