I contacted the seller to make some adjustments for the printing of the art. I had strict requirements for where the item would be hung. I did not want the white border and I needed a certain size. The seller was agreeable. I received the item exactly, as I requested. The colors are bright and bold.

I ordered 5 maps of 5 different cities to decorate the lobby of the place I work at the request of my boss. It took about a month for them to arrive from Europe (not sure where exactly) to the east coast of the US. When I received them, one of the 5 maps was a duplicate, meaning I was missing one city which was annoying considering how long I waited for them to arrive and my boss was starting to hassle me. However, when I alerted the seller to the error, they quickly shipped the map of the missing city and asked which city map I would like as a free gift, which was very nice. They must have sprung for faster shipping as well because this package arrived in half the time of the first order. So a little disappointing with the shipping, but they made up for it.
