Pietari is a Manager in EY’s consulting. His focus is on cybersecurity and business value creation from cybersecurity in strategy and M&A transaction engagements.
Pietari supports clients in strategic and transactions driven engagements by making cybersecurity business leaders relevant, e.g., clarifying impacts of cybersecurity posture, finding value and optimization boosting opportunities, improving future readiness.
Prior to EY, Pietari has supported public organizations and companies in many different sectors in improving cybersecurity capabilities.
Pietari holds a Master’s degree in technology from Tampere University of Technology.
How Pietari is building a better working world
Everything that can be naturally digitalized, will be gradually done so. Without taking cybersecurity properly into account, digital products and services can’t meet the requirements and expectations set to them. Cybersecurity inadequacies and also possibilities should be considered especially whenever they might have a significant impact to the product or service usage outcomes.
In my role want to ensure that business leaders and investors have access to relevant information whenever they are considering mergers and acquisitions or other strategic level decisions.
