SHREE VIGNESHWARA SUPRABHATAM
INTRODUCTION
Sri Vigneshwara Suprabhatam is written in praise of Lord Vinayaka. Lord Vinayaka is the obstacle remover, and he is considered to be the first god. By reciting this Suprabhatam regularly in the early morning, we would get all kinds of prosperity in our lives, and we would get the full grace of Lord Ganesha.
The contents present in the Vigneshwara Suprabhatam are as follows:
My humble Salutations to the elephant God who contains very beautiful face, and he can be compared to thousand Manmadas, with regard to his beauty, and he is the leader of Ganas, has only one tusk, contains a very big body, and he holds the entire universe in his stomach, and in his trunk, the divine nectar, Amirtha permanently flows. Oh! My beloved god Vinayaka, please wake from the bed, since the sun has already arisen in the sky.
My humble Salutations to the First God Vinayaka, who wears the divine serpent as sacred thread, and who wears flower garlands and golden ornaments, and let him shower his grace on us. Please get up from the bed, and we are wishing a very good morning to you.
My Humble Salutations to the elephant God, who has formed through the powers of Ma Parvathi and hence he showers his grace similar to his mother Ma Shakti Devi. All of us seek refuge on your lotus feet. Good morning to you.
My humble Salutations to the elephant God, who could not be destroyed by any one, and who had obtained boons from various gods, and who is the one, who fills happiness in the minds of his devotees. We offer our early morning prayers to you.
My respectful Salutations to the God, who is very compassionate to the children, and who is worshipped by people of all ages, and he has got lot of temples throughout the world. Glory to you O Lord Vinayaka, the First God! We are all eagerly waiting for your early morning darshan.
My Humble Salutations to the God who rides on the divine mouse, and who is a powerful god with great valour. Let this early morning bring glory to us.
My Humble Salutations to the God who is worshipped by the divine Devas, and also by the people in the earth. Please wake up in order to perform puja in your hands to Lord Shiva.
My Humble Salutations to the god, who fulfils the desires of the devotees, and makes them to prosper in their lives. Your devotees are waiting to have your divine glimpse on this early morning.
Pleasant faced god,
God with one tusk,
God who is reddish black,
God with an elephant ears,
God with a very broad paunch,
God who is cruel to his enemies,
God who is the remover of obstacles,
God who is the leader of those who removes obstacles. Please get up from the bed since the sun has already arrived in the skies.
God who is the colour of smoke,
God who is president of an army,
God who has crescent in his forehead,
God who walks like an elephant,
God who has a broken tusk,
God who has very broad ears,
God who stays close to Lord Shiva,
God who is elder brother of Subrahmanya. Please get up from the bed, and bless us, since it is morning time, and the sun has already started doing his routine work by appearing in the skies.
Those who recite this beautiful Suprabhatam of Lord Ganesha, would be relieved from their sins, and they would attain salvation, after their death.
