Kelly Brook shows off Atkins weight loss as she hits the beach in Italy with boyfriend Jeremy Parisi

The British actress (36) and the French model are currently in Ischia, Italy, for the country's film festival and hit the beach in a leopard print one piece with plunging neckline.

Brook happily posed for photographers as she made her way from the water alongside her rumoured fiance.

The former glamour model might recently shed the pounds thanks to the Atkins diet and became their spokesmodel back in January, losing eight pounds and three inches with the diet.

Brook says the low-carb diet, which Kim Kardashian credits for helping her lose 60 pounds after giving birth to her second child, gave her new sense of body confidence.

"I can honestly say I have never felt better about my body. My skin is glowing, I feel healthier than ever and I still have my curves – I couldn't ask for better results," she said.

"I always knew my body would change but I didn't expect to feel this good as well. I have so much more energy and it feels amazing to be able to wear anything I like with confidence.

"I started Atkins because 2014 was a crazy year for me and I felt I wasn't able to maintain a healthy diet. Whilst working in LA, it was very tempting to reach for naughty treats. I definitely noticed the changes in my body."
