Welcome to Lemi.

We’re here to help you live a happier life through modern mental health care.

Whether it’s therapy, medication or the latest alternative treatments, we’ve got you covered.

Therapy

Life is a complicated mix of sweet and sour and nobody gets through it without asking for help. Whether you’re going through a transition, coping with loss, living with anxiety, depression or stress or simply wanting to get something off your chest, we’re here to give you our full attention.

We know therapy can help you process your feelings, get new perspective and learn everyday tools for life’s ups and downs. We also know that most people come to therapy knowing they want to feel different.

Our mission is to help you feel welcome, understood and empowered on your path to a happier life.

Medication

Not only do we know the value of combining therapy with medication, but we also look at the whole person and consider complementary ways to help you feel better.

Lemi provides integrative psychiatry, which is a holistic approach to treating mental health.

In addition to prescribing meds, our providers look at the root causes of mental illness and may recommend natural remedies, such as exercise, dietary changes and mindfulness.

Think mind, body, spirit and lifestyle.

Ketamine

For some with deeply entrenched mental health struggles, therapy and traditional meds may not be enough. If you have tried medication and talk therapy and continue to suffer, you may be a candidate for ketamine.

Ketamine is a prescription anesthetic that has been used since 1970. Clinicians can now prescribe ketamine off-label to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD. While everyone’s experience is different, ketamine at lower doses may relieve “treatment-resistant” depression and help you gain clarity about your life.

Lemi’s ketamine-assisted protocol (KAP) includes ketamine treatments with expert therapy, which is something that is missing in many clinics.
