Time to share full year adventure results. I have increased my activity and tracked more than 4000 km of cycling this year. That is 1000km more than -22. So maybe 5000km next year. 😉😬 I started to run on the summer and participated regularly on Suunto 🔺 field test runs. 💪 Didn't achieve my goal of 3000m on cooper test but tracked 10km for 54 minutes. Which I think is great result for me. 🏃 MTB remains the main sport and most fun activity. It is a blessing to live in country 🇫🇮with four seasons as it means that my near trails in Helsinki offer different challenges year round. I also participated on my first MTB race, 42km at Tuusula MTB.
