Our stay at the Long Beach Resort was incredible! The service is quality, the staff is welcoming and smiling, we would particularly like to thank the waiters, the maintenance staff as well as the shuttle drivers. Trust and security reign in the hotel, a guard is present at each location to ensure the safety of customers. Finally, whether you are a couple, friends or a family, the hotel is suitable for any type of trip and will meet your needs in view of the multiple activities and services offered! The rooms are very clean, cleaning is done every day. Thanks again to Kyrillos Makram and Mohammed for taking care of us during our stay at Long Beach Resort ☺️

We stayed at this hotel and we are very satisfied and happy about everything! From the beginning, we were met with a pleasant and positive receptionist Kyrillos Makrm. He was very helpful and helped us to solve all the problems which we had! The rooms were clean and fresh every day! We booked restaurants and were also excited about the service and the taste of dishes! The hotel has a big and beautiful territory,lots of pools so every day was like a new one. Our children were very happy and they weren’t bored as animators know what they do😁 So,thanks a lot for great holidays🌊 see you soon🥰

My husband and I have been coming to Hurghada for many years and have struggled to find a hotel we were truly impressed with for a reasonable price. Thankfully we do not need to look any further as Longbeach ticks all the boxes. Rooms – We stayed in a Premium Villa in Block 54. It was stunning! You could easily have fit 3 or 4 people in the shower. The beds were comfortable and the pillows, which are a usual gripe for me, were fluffy and had a lot of life left! The room was very clean and kept so by our housekeeper Sameh. Nothing was too much trouble for Sameh, and he made us feel very at home. Regarding amenities you have a coffee/tea tray, water, iron and ironing board, and your standard toiletries. Bars – There are many bars around the complex and we spent most of our time at the Cascades Bar and the Aqua Bar. The drinks at both were the best we have had at an Egyptian all inclusive. They were not too strong, and the flavours were lovely. Something my husband noticed is that the spirits are different brands from each other. Obviously, someone has curated the nicest types of local liquor and brought them together for the bar offering at Long Beach. There is a long list of cocktails available, plus your standards of beer and wine. We stuck to the cocktails, spirits, and beer, so cannot comment on the quality of the wines. Food – I am a very picky eater, and generally hate buffets, but I can honestly say that we did not have a bad meal at Long Beach. The breakfast buffet is what you would expect – waffles, pancakes, eggs to order, plus your general staples. Lunch we spent every day at the Mexican at Cascades, which was incredible. As we enjoyed it so much, we did not try any of the other lunch venues. For dinner, we tried the ala cartes and the buffet. All of them were fantastic. A shout out to Zeta’s, when I found out I was allergic to everything on the menu they went out of their way to make me a chicken dish which I thoroughly enjoyed. And now my shoutout section to everyone who made this holiday amazing: Sameh (Housekeeping) – for making us feel so at home during our holiday and keeping our room exceptionally clean. Eslam Rashad (Lifeguard) – one of the best lifeguards I have come across in my time in Egypt. Polite, hardworking, and helpful if you need anything. He was so kind to us and made our stay at his pool fantastic. He takes care of it like its his own and I appreciate his efforts. Azim Yousif (Mexican Restaurant) – fantastic food and service under your watchful eye. Thank you for the beer and we will see you soon! Mohamed Adel and Ahmed Saad (Concierge) – nothing was too much trouble – even when I was running around the resort trying to sort out issues you were always there to help me. Thank you to you and the rest of my Concierge Family. Ahmed Ali (Aqua Bar) – always service with a smile! We met him the night we arrived, and he took fantastic care of us for the duration of our stay. Very helpful and remembered our drinks right from the beginning. Ramzy Abdin (Cascades) – what can I say? Fantastic isn’t strong enough. Not only does he make the best mojitos, but you can see the passion for his craft. We appreciated everything he did for us on our visit. Best barman I have come across at an all-inclusive. Mr Reda (Food and Beverage Manager) – you were so kind to us, making sure everything was okay and taking an interest in our thoughts. You run an amazing team who are a credit to your hard work and professional attitude. We look forward to seeing you again in June. Mr Mohamed Rashwan (FO Management) – I truly appreciated all your help with the issues with my friends stay. You were kind and conscientious regarding the issue at hand, and I appreciated your efforts to make sure everything was perfect for my friends when they arrived. The staff at reception were very helpful for the duration of our stay, and I’d like to thank you for maintaining such professionalism. We have rebooked to come in June for 10 nights and cannot wait to be Home. Thank you to the staff who make Long Beach so special. See you soon!
