Max Marttila is a fine artist/muralist born, living and working in San Francisco CA. He works as a muralist, painting community based murals throughout the Bay Area. His studio work investigates the relationships between urban rituals, fashion, street trauma, police brutality, digitalism, crime and local folklore through a mix of portraiture, abstract landscape and collage.
