Seokju Oh is a PhD student in History at Columbia University in the City of New York. He earned an MA in History from Columbia University in the City of New York and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Seoul National University. His research interrogates the relationship between regional economic convergence across the US and the US’s turn to globalism in the mid-twentieth century, with a focus on policy intellectuals and lawmakers in Congress.
