A little update on my F1 cichlasoma dimerus from Bella Union. This is a pic of one of my nicer males at around the 3 inch mark. Thinking this guy will turn out super nice. Also have another male that is a bit lighter in color and as big and is just as nice but decided not to come out for the photoshoot. These guys eat like absolute pigs. I will be separating the females in the next few months and will be moving these fish with my F1 gymnogeophagus balzanii Bella union to a 180 corner tank where I would also like to add a group of geophagus altifrons or sveni and possibly some sort of mid water fish. Any recommendations anyone? The dimerus and balzanii would be moved to a different unheated tank for 3 months each winter for their cool down period.
