Sorry, but the first one isn't a vamp (L240 or otherwise)..... Looks like the first one is a LDA33/L142 Baryancistrus sp and the second one looks like L262 Hypancistrus sp.
To sex either you rally need picture close up from the side and top...... L262 looks to be male from what I can see.

+1 first is snowball and 2nd looks like angelicus.
Yes, LDA33/L142 is also caller a snowball pleco...... the second fish is (in my eyes anyways) a L262 not a L004, L028, L073 (AKA Angelicus pleco). There are way to many spots on the fish in question to be the Angelicus pleco...... I have both the L004's and L262 along with others that are very similar looking as well (L136 and L404)

BTW: Snowball plecs are very hard to sex...... but the L262 is easier and I am 99% sure you have a male from what I can see.

Plecs are very difficult to ID for sure...... Vamps (L240, L007, ect) have a backwards facing "horn" on the head plus a frilly skin flap (sorry for the life of me I can't think of the correct name for this) on the front lip.
