Three years after voters overwhelmingly approved legalizing recreational cannabis in New Jersey and a year and a half since sales began, it’s still illegal to grow your own weed at home in the state.

But Gov. Phil Murphy said Monday he’s open to changing that — and suspects the change will happen eventually.
