Kelly Brook has candidly spoken about accepting her "changed body" from when she was a pin-up model in her twenties and thirties.
The Heart Radio presenter, now 43, who recently admitted that she's much happier now that she's not thin, went on to add that she now accepts her wrinkles but also knows what her body's limits are, leading her to shun alcohol because she is unable to tolerate large quantities.
Kelly, whose famous curves gave her a small dose of Hollywood fame years earlier, revealed: "When you're the pin-up in your 20s and 30s, and being cast in movies where you're in a bikini, you're 'that' girl.
"But I'm 43 now. I'm not the 23-year-old bikini model on a beach in a B movie. It was fun to be that girl, I loved it, but I didn't have to work for that body. It was just my body," she told The Sun's Fabulous magazine.
Kelly added to the publication: "I used to eat and drink whatever I wanted. All 20-year-olds look cute, don't they? No wrinkles, lovely skin, all toned – but I'm not there anymore. I'm something else now, and that's fine."
The star has recently lost two stones on Slimfast's plan, taking her from a size 16 to a size 12, but she still loves "naughty food" every now and then but tried to limit her intake of alcohol.
She is now focused on her career as a broadcaster and is thankful that the focus "is not really about my body anymore."
Meanwhile, Kelly is enjoying her life with her Italian partner of nine years, Jeremy Parisi, 37, who she wed in a stunning ceremony in Civitavecchia in July 2022.
The brunette finally found The One in Jeremy, after a string of romances, with the likes of Fast & Furious actor Jason Statham, Titanic's Billy Zane and rugby player Thom Evans.
Jeremy and Kelly got together when he slid into her DMs, and they dated for a long time before making it official and tying the knot.
At their wedding, Kelly looked stunning in a white lace gown with long sleeves and a flowing veil, with her brunette locks styled in loose waves.
She finished off her bridal look with a sparkling tiara, while her new husband Jeremy looked dapper in a dark grey suit and matching tie.
