Fantastic 4 hour tour exploring Tunis - My family (aged from 8 -70 years old) spent a wonderful 4 hours visiting Tunis Old Medina and Sidi Bou Said. Our guide Maher was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and managed to keep us away from the crowds of tourists on the large group tours from the cruise ships. We visited a wonderful authentic café in the medina halfway through our tour, and Maher treated us to some Tunisian pastries. The vehicle was very comfortable and spacious, and driven very well & safely by Ridha. This was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend it.

A wonder to discover. - After visiting ancient archeological sites of Catharage, I went to this enchanting place, my experienced guide Mr. Fauzi explained the historical and religious significance of this beautiful area. A charming suburban town located about 20km from the main city of Tunis, overlooking the Mediterranean, this is a hidden jewel to experience. Cobbled streets, aesthetic ambience, lovely frescoes, stucco, designer tile work, spectacular views of the beach, artist homes, iconic cafes, blue - white themed walls and roofs and much more. It appears many celebrities and artists lived in this area. A must visit to appreciate the beauty of this place.

One-day tour in Tunisia - I want to thank our private tour guide Mr. Taher, our personal driver Mr. Aymen and the Compass travel & events operator Mr. Hichem for all the attentions that made this a very good experience. My wife and I took this tour last week while disembarking from a cruise ship in La Goulette, Tunis. First of all, our tour was in Spanish, as we selected. Then, Mr. Aymen and Mr. Taher picked us with punctuality near the port. Mr. Taher told us a lot of the history and facts about what we were looking around in the way to the capital city, also he suggested paths in which we could avoid traffic and tourists so we could be more comfortable. We visited the Old Medina and discovered the different areas dedicated to different professions (gold, silver, fabrics, scents, etc.). We also had a "mini tour" experience in a perfume shop where we were invited to try some samples of different fragrances. We also had some time to make some stops along the way to Sidi Bou Said in which we saw some places/ruins of Carthage. Afterwards, we arrived at Sidi Bou Said, a picturesque village with nice views and houses looking similar to those in Santorini. There we had time to explore and buy some souvenirs. Finally, Mr. Taher and Mr. Aymen, drove us back to the port to reach our cruise on time. I'm very happy with this one-day experience and the team from our tour.

Nice experience! - I want to thank the travel agency that changed the tour to fit our needs (we already visited Medina so we visited three other seaside villages by car). Our guide was very kind, always smiley! The village of Sidi Bou Said is very nice but keep in mind that is on a hill so you have to walk upward and downward all time.

Happy journey with Hammadi in Tunisiya - I am Angela Lee from Hong Kong 11 days from September 14th to 25th, 2019, Tunisia's 11-day journey was carefully arranged by Best Time Travel agent Mr.Rafik arrange 4,5 Star Hotel for us.And arranged Mr. Hamadi to do our tourist guide (my friend recommended) Living in a smile makes us have a good time on this journey. He really to do his job well, he doesn't afraid of hard work, I like the place where he see the plastic bottle and waste paper, he will be put into the trash can, when he see the disabled or the shackles, the children's he will give some money to them, this guide is really a loving man, if you go to Tunisia , Remember to find Mr.Hamadi

Disappointing and expensive - Poor communication with the English speaking tour guide delayed our pickup 20 mins. Other tours picked up at the port but this one wasn't allowed in. We thought we had arranged a private tour but there was another couple. We skipped the Medina due to security warnings from the ship. Sidi bou Said was very crowded and prices were more than double last year. And the taxis were doing the same tour for half the price. Overall poor communication and value.

Not worthy of label tour, highly overpriced and merely tourist trap!!! - Worst your ever. Guide did not share much information. He was only interested in getting us to about 4 specific shops he picked out in the medina (and almost running past the rest) trying to get us to buy things from these shops obviously on commission basis. As I did not have local currency he offered to pay for food and pay him back Euro, trying very hard to keep me from getting the bill from the restaurant (food was lousy by the way and he bought food for him self from other place). I paid him twice the amount, but he did not pay me back. Driver did not know where to go. Guide and driver were chatting to each other, in stead of actually providing us with info. And when dropping us off (about km away from they could have), had the nerve to ask for a tip for both him and driver. Very unprofessional and felt like Total scam !!!!! Do not book here! Better take a taxi at terminal without tour. Much cheaper and for sure much more relaxed, less annoying and at least same amount of info from driver.
