Minna Poutiainen

Minna has nearly 15 years of experience in the field of business law and she specialises in real estate and construction matters. Minna has assisted clients in several hybrid real estate development projects, wind farm development projects and other construction projects. She also regularly advises clients in domestic and cross-border transactions and in commercial contracts. In addition, Minna represents clients in large and complex disputes in general courts and arbitration proceedings. Minna works in PwC Finland’s Helsinki office.
