Here's the deal: Women don't make as much money as men. That's formally called the gender pay gap, and it's all too real. Currently, women only make an average of 78 cents to every man's dollar. What's worse, though, is that the gap isn't expected to close until 2095, a whopping 80 years away. But there's action we as women can take, even if its as small as using a hashtag on social add your voice (errr, handle) to a cause.

Enter the #Ask4More campaign, run by Levo League, an organization dedicated to helping millenials achieve career success. Levo has enlisted celebrities including Constance Zimmer, Chelsea Clinton and Amy Poehler to help spread the word about the #Ask4More initiative. Most recently added to their A-List roster? Comedienne Sarah Silverman, who stars in a new video for the initiative.

In the five-minute spot below (perfect for your lunch break!), Silverman discusses what it's like to be a woman in a male-dominated industry, highlighting one particular instance in Hollywood of her experiencing gender discrimination.

Watch now, then think of ways you can #Ask4More. There's no better time, anyway: Equal Pay Day is coming up on April 14. Read more about it here.
