The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Wednesday, February 5th, 2014 at the age of 82 years. Son of the late Laurie and the late Irene (née Aho) Lehto. Husband of the late Anita (née Rondeau) Lehto and of Shirley (née Ouellette) Lehto of Garson. Loving father of Daniel (Cynthia), Mark, Carol (Dennis), Sandra (Dan), Roderic, Robert Jr. (Joanne), Rose (Tim), Sue (Don) and predeceased by his son Allen. Dear brother of Mary (late Vic), late Richard (Jackie), late Elsie (late Allan), Vera (Merlin), late Larry (Carmen), Linda (Doug), Laila (Placide), Brian (Angela), late Bruce and predeceased by his brother Allen. Proud grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Robert was a “back yard” mechanic and he was very good with his hands. He loved the outdoors. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, February 9th at 3 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, 66 Edison Road, Garson.
