How Holly Willoughby has gone from being a boob to a leg girl – and why it’s earning her MORE cash
SHE'S been christened with the raunchy nickname 'Holly Willoughbooby' and has even had a song written about her ample assets.
However, 42-year-old Holly Willoughby's sense of style has drastically changed in recent years - with the ITV This Morning presenter, who is back on our screens at the start of September, notably trading her busty displays for thigh-skimming dresses.
Most recently, she teased a glimpse of her cameo as ‘queen of daytime’ in Midsomer Murders, ahead of the series return on Sunday 27th August, and covered up her ample assets in a pink and red ditsy print collared dress.
And according to brand and culture expert Nick Ede, the decision for the presenter to go from a boob to a leg woman could be helping her rake in the cash.
Speaking exclusively to Fabulous Digital, he says: "Holly's image makes her millions and she's cleverly transitioned from a boob to a leg girl, giving her more credibility and also making her more money in the process.
"She always looks great and fashion brands clamber all over her to see if she'll wear them on set as they know just one endorsement will sell out the item.
"Like Kate Middleton, she has the fashion star power and by wearing stylish clothes that show less cleavage and show off her fabulous legs, she's adding hundreds of thousands to her bank balance."
Most recently, Holly Willoughby stunned fans after posing in a see-through sequin dress on a shoot for her lifestyle brand, Wylde Moon.
But her new leggy look is a far cry away from the revealing tops and cleavage-enhancing frocks she donned in her early presenting days.

After all, she didn't gain the saucy nickname 'Holly Willoughbooby' for nothing.
The presenter was christened with the cheeky moniker by co-star Keith Lemon when starring in panel show Celebrity Juice - and even told how she was "proud" of the raunchy title.
“I said to him [Lemon] I blame you entirely for this! He’s always calling me ‘Willoughbooby,'" she previously told YOU.
“In all seriousness, it’s very nice and I’m proud that a mother who has breastfed children can have that accolade…if you can call it that.”
She also revealed that she's totally not bothered by people's fascination with her ample assets.
'It’s fine – they’re only boobs," she said, speaking to the Daily Mirror.
And her eye-popping displays garnered further attention in 2021, when her ample assets got their very own mention in a song.
Newcomer Olivia Swann mocked the This Morning star's "big boobs" in her electro-pop and R&B track Two Faces, where she can be heard sarcastically comparing herself to Holly.
The Londoner croons: "Stylin' me into the box, do I look like Holly Willoughby?
"She's lovely, but have you seen me?

"I’m not supposed to be on morning telly. Is it ‘cause I’m whitе with big boobies? I mean pretty (Oops)."
However, one glance at Holly's Instagram today shows a rather different look - and that's largely thanks to her ex-stylist Angie Smith, who has helped to eradicate the 'Willoughbooby' nickname for good.
The fashion guru, who styled Holly until 2020, when she relocated to Australia, once told how she spends two days a month shopping for Holly's TV outfits.
And it was clearly time well spent, with the presenter's clothing choice often selling out within 90 minutes of the programme airing.
But the mum-of-three has since hired fashion stylist Danielle Whiteman - a former assistant of Angie's - who has continued to dress the fashion icon in outfits that showcase her enviable pins.
And according to Nick, the decision to flash more leg and less bust is one that could help Holly be taken more "seriously."
"Holly's image has for a long time been synonymous with being a boob girl..." he says.
"As a catchphrase, 'Holly Willoughbooby' has been one of affection and is also comic too - but now with Holly at the helm of this Morning she's looking to be taken more seriously as an anchor."
Brand expert Hayley Knight, who is co-founder of BE YELLOW, agrees - adding that the blonde beauty also has her own brand Wylde Moon to consider.

"It makes sense that she'd want to portray someone as mature, spiritual and wellness-focused," she explains.
"By shifting this focus, she's very loudly stating that she's embracing the next chapter of her life and career, and she's demanding a new form of attention - to be taken more seriously as a business woman, a mother, and a woman in the media, as well as an ‘ageing’ woman."
As for the future, Nick predicts Holly's legs will be leading the way...
"Her fashion choices are always on point," he says.
"She wears pretty styles that are either short length to elongate her legs or tapered trousers to give her a smart silhouette.

"So I can see her maximising on her style with a footwear range and she could even bring back tights in a big way this winter.
"She may even follow in Heidi Klum and Mariah's footsteps and get her legs insured!"
