It was a picture of a moonflower, with the words over the top: "The moonflower has become a symbol of blossoming in dark times."

The post from her official lifestyle and guidance brand added that the flowers are: "A powerful symbol of how resilience, strength and growth can flourish during the darkest and most challenging moments."

Holly shared the post, and she added her own words to it, writing: "Even in the darkness, she grows. Nature is beautiful."

It comes as Holly, 42, was said to be 'distraught' over a suspected plot to kidnap her, and quit This Morning in October.

The star, who is mum to Harry, 14, Belle, 12, and eight-year-old Chester, had already been through a turbulent year.

Last September, she and then co-host Phillip Schofield were accused of skipping the queue to pay their respects to the late Queen.

She later issued a statement explaining she had been there as an accredited broadcaster for a filmed segment.

Holly added: “Please know that we would never jump a queue.”

Back in May, Phillip Schofield, 62, resigned after he admitted an affair with a younger colleague

Schofield also revealed he had lied about it when confronted by Holly.

She later told viewers she had felt “shaken and let down”.

And ITV launched a review into This Morning amid claims of a “toxic culture”, leading to a backlash from viewers.

Holly, who had presented This Morning since 2009, made her TV return on Dancing On Ice on Sunday night.

She is now being tipped to relaunch her career as a solo star after ditching her 'Queen of Daytime' image on her telly comeback.

Experts say viewers saw a more grown-up, assertive Holly return to Dancing on Ice following a three-month break from TV - and predict she could end up with her own show.

As she stepped out on Sunday night in a sequined dress reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe, Holly took the lead as the more senior presenter to Stephen Mulhern.

As one expert said: “The Disney princess version of Holly has been put on ice.”
