I have a small tank with a Betta fish in it. Was wondering if it’s possible to get a small school of rasbora kubotai?

    very beautiful tank!

Are any of the plants on the left real?

Should be fine with the betta although every betta has a different temperament so you will have to test it pout and see.

Will you not maybe need a lid over the tank if you are adding rasbora in?

The plants on the left are real - plastic plants on the right ill be removed but i'm using it to help seed the tank. Adding stability and some other things for the plants (flourish, excel and iron).

Hmm i've had open tanks before with fish and not had issues - I suppose I could just drop the water level a bit?

I've never kept those kind of fish before so I can't say for your. For all I know you could keep it as is.

but the 2 species are definitely compatible
