The Paris couture shows are underway and with them comes a bevy of beautiful looks on the runway and equally compelling fashion on the front rows. Taking her seat was girl-about-town Olivia Palermo, who stepped out in an ensemble that had a distinctly Parisian feel but with a very American twist.
Palermo's clever reworking of Dior’s checked dress married the carefree attitude of cool, French girl style with a polished aesthetic. She added a jaunty scarf á la Grace Kelly, also by Dior, as an elegant counterpoint to the plunging neckline. Nude skimmers from Jimmy Choo grounded the look with feminine flair, while a vintage gold cuff added subtle shine.
