When Christina Aguilera does a photoshoot, she goes all in. That means sharing the epic behind-the-scenes footage on Instagram with fans when it's all said and done.

In the video, the 42-year-old singer poses for InStyle Mexico in a totally see-through lace bodysuit with her toned booty and sculpted arms on full display. Another clip shows Christina working a long leather jacket that’s open at the front to showcase a peek of her strong abs.

The whole shoot is giving vibes from her debut album in the late ‘90s, and I am here for it. “InStyle BTS 🖤🎥,” Christina wrote in the caption.

Of course, people freaked out in the comments. 'YA DONT UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS WOMAN 😩😩🤩,' one person wrote while another added 'more stunning than ever'.

Christina was clearly feeling these looks – as she should. So, what has she been doing to stay so toned?

She hasn’t shared a ton about her fitness routine in the past few years, but she’s dropped little snippets here and there. For starters, Christina does high-energy performances that’ll get your heart rate up.

Check out this recent show:

Of course, it takes a lot of practice to put on such intense performances. So, it makes sense that Christina has to clock hours of work to perfect her routines.

This IG video from a Vegas show includes a bit of her rehearsal process:

The singer has also been practising yoga for over a decade, per InStyle. 'Yoga and just breathing into my body – it allowed me to stop the clock for myself,' Christina said. Back in 2016, she would do one to two hour hatha-Vinyasa sessions up to five times a week to focus on love and good energy, she told Women’s Health US back in 2016.

Christina hasn't spoken a ton about her current diet, but she clearly loves a glass of white wine:

Otherwise, she's here for a good self-care moment. Her favourite methods? Massages and relaxing in her house in a sweatshirt and joggers.

Overall, Christina has a holistic view of wellness. She listens to her body and monitors how good she feels and how well she can perform, rather than counting calories, she told WH US. 'Health shouldn't be a tortuous process,' she said. 'Healthy is a state of mind, and it has to come from inside.'

Keep doing you, Christina!
