From <strong>Sievi</strong>’s new collection you will now also find safety footwear with a totally metal free<br />
toecap and penetration resistant mid-sole, please see pages 8-9. <strong>The</strong>se lightweight and<br />
comfortable styles will not activate metal detectors. <strong>The</strong>y conform to EN ISO 20345 standard.<br />
Dry feet with 3D-dry<br />
3D-dry lining, developed by <strong>Sievi</strong>, transfers moisture from the foot to the second layer of<br />
the lining and further through the upper and away from the shoe thus keeping your feet<br />

Developed and patented by <strong>Sievi</strong>, the <strong>Sievi</strong>Air ® sole solution takes care of your feet and<br />
improves footwear comfort. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Sievi</strong>Air ® system dissipates the perspiration from the shoe<br />
through special ducts in the side of the sole. Under the perforated insole there is a filter,<br />
which is connected to exhalation channels. With every step you take the filter is compressed,<br />
resuming its original shape when the foot is lifted.<br />
This movement produces a pumping action, thus enhancing the ventilation of the shoe.<br />

<strong>Sievi</strong> XL – more options<br />
<strong>Sievi</strong> XL ranges. This wider than the normal last sizing offers additional room for feet and toes,<br />
more space and extra comfort. For footwear with XL width fittings see “XL” in the product name.<br />
Wear ESD, have control over static electricity<br />
Through its sole construction, ESD footwear provides a safe, controlled method of discharging<br />
the static electricity that accumulates in your body. <strong>The</strong> limit values for the resistance of<br />
<strong>Sievi</strong>’s ESD footwear are stricter (100 kW - 35 MW) than for ordinary antistatic footwear<br />
(IEC 61340-5-1). ESD footwear provides effective assistance in avoiding interference and<br />
damage to sensitive electronic equipment, cash terminals, measuring devices and computers<br />
in the electronics and telecommunications industry, hospitals and offices.<br />
Safe steps and more grip<br />
<strong>Sievi</strong>Balance improves the rotational rigidity of the shoe and the control of the foot, reducing<br />
strain to the ankles and accident risk.<br />
Aluminium toecap 50% lighter than steel, extra space for the toes,<br />
resistance to cold<br />
<strong>Sievi</strong>AL toecap made from aluminium is 50% lighter than traditional steel, and with the<br />
spacious XL last there is added room for the toes. In cold conditions you will notice that<br />
your toes stay warmer, aluminium stores cold less than the traditional steel toecap.<br />
