This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is finished in Rally Red over red with a white soft top and was sold new by Prout Chevrolet in Elyria, Ohio. It was reportedly the subject of a mid-1990s refurbishment that included new paint, fresh interior pieces, and a rebuild of its numbers-matching powertrain, with additional work said to have been performed in 2000. The 427ci L71 V8 features three 2-barrel carburetors and is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission with a 4.11:1 Positraction rear end. The car was awarded a Triple Crown certificate in 1996 following recognition that included Bloomington Gold certification, a Gold Spinner award, and an NCRS Top Flight award. Other recognition and documentation includes a Duntov Mark of Excellence and additional Top Flight awards as well as verifications of the trim tag and the original order copy. This C2 is offered by the selling dealer in Anaheim, California with awards, certificates, and a clean Arizona title.
