Gerry Wercky, 36, from the Belgian contingent of the Kosovo Force was top finisher with a time of 1:00.22. Master Sgt. James Kotwicki, 38, of the 29th Infantry Division was the top U.S. finisher with a time of 1:07:02 and a 10th place finish overall.
