Study duration: 1.5yrs to 4yrs

Inclusion Criteria:

1. Age 18yrs or older
2. Subjects with Diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease
3. Subject not on Dialysis
4. History of Anemia due to Chronic Kidney disease
5. Whether or not you already take a medication such as Procrit, Eprex, Mircera, Neorecormon, Epogen, or Aranesp (Darbopoetin alpha) for Anemia

Exclusion Criteria:

1. Anemia not due to Chronic Kidney disease
2. History of organ transplant
3. Not due to have kidney transplant
